Trish,
I have never seen pure white daffodils…the ones I’ve planted have either been solid yellow or white with a yellow center. Your white ones are beautiful. Ahhh, spring. I am so ready!

Oh, so lovely to see those beautiful spring flowers. We will be heading back to New York soon in time to see all our spring blossoms. Thanks for the preview and your gorgeous photos. Have a wonderful weekend! ๐
Hi Trish…you are able to grow tulips! How fabulous… I am originally from Holland and of course LOVE tulips…but can’t grow them in my garden. Thank goodness I can buy them at Farmer’s Market very inexpensively. Love Santa Barbara’s climate and our flowers are gorgeous also…but no tulips. They truly are a sign of Spring.
Hi Carla. If you chill them in your fridge for a month or so you can grow your own. My favorites “single late” tulips…love buying a box of 100 per color. Will never forget the image of Oscar de la Renta’s garden with scores of Maureen (white) and Queen of the Night (drk purple). Or Menton. But they won’t repeat because of our warm climate. Still…worth it!

Lovely! I envie you Trish!
Had some white daffodils a few years ago, different varities, had somebody to help with garden work and he took all the bulbs out! Actually he was here twice – the first and the last time!
Now, seeing yours, I’m dieing to get them again for next year.
Beautiful image – enjoy your garden (work),
and many greetings from Perigord.
Bon weekend – karin
Trish, what beautiful daffodils, pure white!!! Our snow has just disappeared today, for good I hope! My daffodils in the woods are just peaking out, about 4 inches tall, but I can see them through the leaf mulch. I was given white tulips last fall and am anxious to see them,if the squirrels haven’t munched them. Happy Spring! xo. N.
beautiful picture ๐ …my crocuses are up, and my bluebells are about to bloom, as well my hyacinth are on their way…I love spring… ๐
Hi Jacquelyn! Such a rush to see it all bursting forth in every corner! Looks like a busy weekend for us gardeners!
OK- I am unashamedly drooling.
At least our snow melted!
I can’t wait to see your Spring show, Ann!

Hi Karin. I think the daffodils are Narcissus Ice Wings. I’ve bought from Van Engelen here for years.

That setting is gorgeous Trish, love the white daffodils. I’m truly jealous right now because it’s snowing here and you have our spring!
But you have my barn!
