French designer Stanislassia Klein of Stella Cadente has imbued a 19th century mansion
less than fifty miles north of Paris with whimsy and gilt and color saturated charm.
Located in Provins, an ancient medieval village, the mansion-hotel’s rooms are
inspired by fairy tales…and the color shimmers with intensity…luminosity…

Fascinating designer. The colors are so rich. I think I’m still speechless. Super post, thanks for highlighting this whimsical side of French design–almost like an evolved minimalist Tony Duquette.

What an intriguing place with a unique decor and inspiration. Oh that I could just twitch my nose and be ensconced there. xo xo
Trish, this is something new to me! What a wonderful hotel! We should meet once in Paris and visit all the things we love… I think we would need a lot of time….!!!

Trish, this is just stunning! I want to return to France 🙂 This morning, my Mom and I are
spending some time looking through real estate there, both dreaming and planning for
the future. If I go soon to visit, I will have to look into this place. (love the blue!)
I hope your week is off to a delightful start 🙂
xoxo,
Sarah
