French Flea Market
May 22nd & 23rd
Our sixth annual French Flea Market boasts a European-feeling
shopping adventure in the garden court of Chateau Sonoma. Located
at 153 W. Napa Street in Sonoma, just a half block from the town’s historic plaza,
Chateau Sonoma brings French importers from all over the Bay area to sell their
antique treasures directly to you at wholesale prices. Furniture, pottery, linens,
ironwork, light fixtures, jewelry…all will be available in this lively weekend event
that delights bargain seekers and Francophiles alike.
More information call 707.935.8553
The French Flea Market is held in the lovely gravel
courtyard behind the store, and spills out
into the side yard alongside the store…
Sonoma is such a charming place to visit…
makes for the perfect spring day….
the tables at artefact are divine… As always I love the photos you share
I love the Paris flea market – and have made many fabulicious finds there!
I just love that – what?- grotto? – in the bottom photo! Call me insane – but I want to house my refrigerator in it!
Trish,
I went to the flea market at Chateau Sonoma last year. Saw some of the same vendors you see at Alameda, but still found it worth the trip. Will return again this year. Thanks for the reminder!
Trish:
I am smitten by the many beautiful urns and lions heads and well there is a whole treasure of beautiful things to be tempted by
And the fact that it is located in the beautiful Sonoma area of California — that is another reason to visit and spend some time.
Now to figure out how to plan the getaway,
Joanny
