Painted 19th century French chairs
with carved rose detail…
Will be reupholstered in Belgian linen…
eventually…
Inimitably aged aquas and blues…
beautifully carved old garden roses..
Bulletin board covered with family photos, clippings,
that’s my youngest upper right…almost off to college
So lucky to still have my mother…that’s her on the
left with my brother and I …
A lovely cluster of sea shells atop
a metal bead trimmed mirror…
Salvaged plaster cornice from an old French church…
makes a great cook book stand
So glad I saved these handwritten herb jars…
they have little votives in them now
Yes…those are odd little dragons as feet and little flowers at
the top. In the right light you can appreciate Astier de Villate’s
handmade irregularity…
Zinc steeple tops…
Love to bring garden elements inside as often as possible.
Just some of the slowly gathered favorites that make
up my home….
