Trish, I have followed Tricia Guild for some time and it is interesting that you are drawn to these particular hues now that you are working with neutrals. Because of my surroundings I love her green palette and am entranced by her absolute brilliance with the use of colour and texture.I especially admire the way she arranges flowers. The blues in this post are so lovely and I may have to switch my allegiance from green. What a lovely way to start my afternoon, thank you, always, Nella
i adore the textures! wonderful post!

So beautiful! I love Tricia Guild.
Love, love, love the blues and greens. So whimsical.
Hi Trish,
I’m new a reader and so agree with you on many things….as now about Tricia.
She has always created wonderful patterns on also high quality of fabrics.
I’ve been working with her textiles for more than 20 years and I’m always pleased
that the final results never fail to come out better than planned….so curious what
her next collection wil be like.
Very fresh & pretty; I especially love the bright green and blue drapes….thank you!
I absolutely love the vivid greens! Probably because summer is finally here after a long white winter in the northeast. I have followed Trica Guild for years and she never stops thrilling me with what she’ll come up with next. Thank you for a wonderful post!
I’m a “greige” person too but these combinations and shades make me re-think things.
I just knew this was Tricia Guild and I love her fabrics and presentations. Thank you for sharing this with us.
It brings such freshness and simplicity plus total awe….
tricia guild gets my attention every time! I love her “living out loud” celebration of color, textile and playfulness. Just when I find myself caught up in too much seriousness of business or life, tricia comes to the rescue. Thanks for reminding us to live out loud –
Lucious, juicy, intense, soulful colors of rich blues. Love the pairing with the vibrant acid greens. I could live in these rooms right now. Sea Witch
I adore the Designers Guild’s blues . You always share the best
love the blue hues, very beautiful. I just see so many nice things on your blog. My husband is french, so we go
quite frequently, next time I wil keep my eyes open to some treasures, you’ve made me addicted to antiques….!
Hi Trish,
I love what you have shown us today, the vibrant colours and textures are fabulous.
Tricia Guild always seems to come up with such inspirational and exciting ideas.
Thank you for sharing this lovely post.
Hugs

All of the gorgeous blues you have been showing are just intoxicating. Merci for singing the blues for us!

I have been adding more blues to my home inspired by the art I have collected. Dare I go more bold like these colors you show? My first decorating book was a Tricia Guild book almost 30 years ago showing such beautiful soft colors in an age of beige that it encouraged me not to be afraid of color.
Ah, thank you. My favorites…working on my bedroom now & this will keep me going. I do love Tricia Guild as well but it’s good for you to remind us.
cheers.
I’m really liking the vivid blues with the lime green /chartreuse. That first photo is fabulous.
Hard to say who I like better, Tricia Guild or Carolyn Quartermaine.

Lovely! And who does pattern and color better than Trisha Guild?! That reminds me, I still have some bold velvet
awaiting for something to be created from their collection… Thanks for the inspiration
