A “best in show” line up of my earliest roses…
A great weekend to garden and visit Flea Markets far and wide….
This weekend is Atelier de Campagne‘s container sale…
Earlier post here
I don’t know whether to ask for your luck in finding
something incredible, or to be able to leave without
having a terrifying tale to tell my husband…
Nevertheless…I will have my trusty camera
to share it all with you….

Your roses are breathtaking. So beautiful singled out in their glory.

Can’t wait to see what turns up! And I agree, your roses are stunning!
What a beautiful collection of roses you have — and I love the softer pastel shades — they look like ‘Old English’ roses, and Bourbons, and new Hybrids and maybe the Gallicas? Damasks (Cabbage or Provence roses)? .
I wish for you to win the ‘lottery’ when I visited that website for the Atelier de Campagne I knew I was in trouble when I looked at the spring catalog and only got to view 120 items out of 672 and I was in love with 120 items oh my … I would need to win the lottery here too.
Enjoy your week end and have fun. Do not forget to take lots of pictures for us to drool over next week.
Joanny
Hi Joanny. Names and classifications left to right: “Madame Ernest Calvat” and “Souvenir de Malmaison” both Bourbons, “Stammler” Hybrid Perpetual, “Devoniensis” Climbing Tea, “Cressida” Modern, David Austin rose. XO
Gorgeous roses! I can’t wait to see the pictures of the weekend! Have lots of fun and I hope you find something wonderful that’s in your budget!
I’ve just found your website, how stunning! The roses are lovely. My husband and I grow peonies for the wholesale market. Isn’t it wonderful when spring and summer breeze on in? Thanks for the beautiful photos…

yellow roses are my absolute favorite – and I love the ones that are big, cubby and juicy like yours!

I am jealous!

You’ve inspired me to post some garden photos as well. Right now, we are intoxicated by the lilacs. And the lilies of the valley are close….
Your roses are gorgeous ! Can’t wait to see what you is in the container and what you will find
I marvel at the difference a few time zones make in roses. I am breathing in deeply the luscious scents of the new garden year. Happy hunting today.
Love your roses Trish. Hope you find something wonderful today. I wish I could go to that container sale! I’m still trying to get my chairs that I bought at Marburger Farms! Have a wonderful weekend!
